These Terms and Conditions apply to Webdeveloper.lk and all services provided by Web Designer & Web Developer (Pvt) Ltd (Reg. Number : PV 00237315).

Webdeveloper.lk is operated by Web Designer & Web Developer (Pvt) Ltd, a Sri Lankan based AI web design and development company. All website content, business concepts, workflow systems, platform designs, client onboarding flows, admin panel concepts, images, text, software logic, service names, trade names, interface layouts, and documentation are owned by Web Designer & Web Developer (Pvt) Ltd unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The full copyright of this website, its content, system flow, business model, design concept, templates, written materials, source structure, and original creative assets belongs to Web Designer & Web Developer (Pvt) Ltd. Copying, reproducing, modifying, reselling, cloning, republishing, or commercially using any part of this website or business concept without written permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Trademarks and Business Concept Protection

The names, business concept, brand presentation, design flows, AI website-building workflow, service marks, trade names, and related commercial identity used by Webdeveloper.lk and Web Designer & Web Developer (Pvt) Ltd are protected under applicable Sri Lankan law and relevant international intellectual property and unfair competition principles. Unauthorized use may result in civil, commercial, and other legal action.

4. Services and Payments

Clients agree to provide accurate business information, content, payment details, and approval decisions during the website creation process. Advance payments, final payments, hosting renewals, domain renewals, and additional services must be paid according to the invoice or quotation issued.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide correct business, contact, and payment information.
• Submit legally owned content, logos, photos, and brand materials.
• Review demo/final website stages on time.
• Ensure their own business, product, service, and payment gateway activities comply with applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Web Designer & Web Developer (Pvt) Ltd is not responsible for business losses, third-party service interruptions, payment gateway disputes, bank processing issues, client content errors, illegal client activities, or failures caused by third-party hosting, domain, plugin, API, email, SMS, or gateway providers.

7. Legal Rights

Web Designer & Web Developer (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to protect its copyright, trademarks, business concept, software logic, and commercial materials under Sri Lankan and international law.
